Smart Legal Insights for Your Next Right Move...

Our Mission

To make every important Supreme Court of India judgment understandable to ordinary citizens in simple English and Hindi, and to connect litigants and junior lawyers with experienced Supreme Court advocates — so that no one suffers injustice merely for lack of correct guidance.

Our Vision

An India where every litigant understands their rights, and no one is misled simply because they could not reach the right lawyer.

Litigation India

Litigation India is a public-service platform run by a small team of lawyers, editors and volunteers. Every day we pick important Supreme Court judgments, read them carefully, and turn them into short, plain-language summaries and easy-to-share slides. We also connect litigants, ordinary people and junior lawyers with reputed Supreme Court advocates who volunteer a few free hours every week to give honest guidance.

Our Goals

  • Publish simple, accurate summaries of important judgments every day.
  • Provide content in both English and Hindi for wider access.
  • Connect litigants with free legal guidance from senior lawyers.
  • Build trust by clearly marking verified, editor-reviewed content.

Free Legal Guidance

Senior Supreme Court advocates volunteer their time to help litigants and junior advocates understand their legal options — at no cost to you.
